Cambridge International Programme
Early Years 2 for four-year-olds:
preparation for the Cambridge Primary Programme
At our international preschool in Suchy Las near Poznań, we implement the Early Years 2 programme with children who are already familiar with English and are taking their first steps in communicating in the language.
During lessons, they develop all the skills needed for a smooth transition to the next stage of learning, namely Cambridge Primary Programme Stage 1.

Growing together
A safe, friendly world for every child
Sense of security – in our international preschool, each day follows a consistent routine, providing children with predictability and calm. The classroom has a pictorial schedule so that children always know what is happening now and what will come next.
Sense of closeness – we are with the children throughout daily activities, showing care and attentiveness. We offer hugs, lap time, support during goodbyes with parents, and help children cope with difficult emotions. Relationships are built on trust, closeness, and mutual respect.

Brave little minds
Every day, we discover that we can do more
Two teachers per group – each class is led by a teaching duo: a Polish-speaking teacher and
an English-speaking teacher. This ensures that children are exposed to both languages every day,
learning naturally through play and conversation. The teachers actively support the children,
fostering an atmosphere of warmth and mutual kindness.
Independence – we encourage children to carry out daily tasks on their own, such as using the toilet, serving their meals, or pouring water. The classroom space is designed to support these skills: children have easy access to the toilet, can pour their own water, and reach for fruits and vegetables in a specially prepared corner.

Creative learning
We combine proven methods with an inspiring, modern approach to education
Proven methodology – children at an early stage of development learn through sensory experiences, experimenting, observing, imitating, and playing. That’s why we offer sensory, music, and movement activities that meet their natural needs. They have access to a music room, sports hall, and a wide range of educational resources to support learning and development.
Small groups – each group has a maximum of 18 children. This allows teachers to give attention to every child and fosters close relationships and collaboration.
Excellent communication with parents – we use the LiveKid app, which makes daily contact with teachers easy. Parents can view photos of lessons, activities, and events at the preschool in real time, and communicate effortlessly with the educators.

Confident learners
Every day we learn through joy and play
Sport and music – children take part in rhythmics, dance, and various sensory activities. We also organise speech therapy and psychological workshops that support emotional and communication development. The preschool regularly hosts cultural events: concerts, theatre performances, balls, and festivals.
Playground – the youngest children have direct access to the playground from the classroom. Every day, we spend time outdoors – walking in a “snake” line or playing in the garden, which features cars, sand toys, slides, and a gazebo. On warm days, we also eat meals and hold lessons outside there.
