  • conclusion and performance of a contract – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO,

  • fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. tax or educational obligations) – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO,

  • communication and handling of enquiries – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO (legitimate interest of the Data Controller),

  • marketing activities – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a i f RODO (consent and legitimate interest),

  • use of the website and cookies – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO.

3. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:

  • IT service providers and hosting companies,

  • payment service providers (e.g. PayU),

  • accounting firms and legal advisers,

  • public authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

  • data related to contracts – until the expiry of limitation periods for claims (generally up to 6 years),

  • data required under tax regulations – 5 years from the end of the financial year,

  • marketing data – until consent is withdrawn,

  • recruitment data – for a maximum of 6 months after completion of the recruitment process,

  • cookie data – in accordance with browser settings or until consent is withdrawn.

  • lodge a complaint with the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

The website uses cookies in order to:

  • ensure the proper functioning of the website (essential cookies),

  • analyse website traffic and statistics (analytical cookies, e.g. Google Analytics),

  • carry out marketing activities and integrate social media services (marketing cookies, e.g. Facebook Pixel).
